Gardening is fun! LETS plant our food

Good day gardeners!!!!
What's up hivers?Hope you are all doing great today!

Rainy days are here,it's been almost a month that we experienced rainy days after almost 5 months of having a few days of rain.

We experienced a hot weather that makes the grasses ,small stress died.
Because of that hot weather ,we got a chance to clean our sorroundings as it's easy to cleaned up.

We are blessed that my mother-in-law 's younger brother are staying here.He is very hardworking man ,he lives alone as his kids are already had their own family ,tatay Doming also does'nt have wife,so he decided to stay here as he knows that's there are space for gardening.

When rainy days started ,my sister in-law bought some seeds of corn and peanut for the area that was cleaned by tatay Doming.
And after a month ,this is how it looks.

Some corn is not growing good ,it's because of some pesticides that attacks the plant.

A few days ago also ,my brother in-law's cow was eating the corn plant ,it was removed by its rope so it was freely eating everything what he wants to eat.

It was planted also with cassava but only a few plants coz we can't find a cassava to planted.

And since it's still raining here almost everyday ,grasses and weeds are growing fastly.

We need to pulled out and removed it as it will take the nutrients and minerals needed with our plant.
Good thing that it's easy to removed ,even I am using my hand without using any tools.

Being a farmer/gardener is not an easy thing to do ,it takes time effort and a money of course before you can harvest your fruits of labor.

Farmers really give a big part of the society,coz of there's no farmer then we can't eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

By walking and seeing this garden it reminds me my childhood days ,my parents are both farmer and everytime we have to clean the garden we used to helped them,but it's not kinda bored thing to do coz my mom will always bring her radio hihi.

I am now excited to see the corn bloom with flowers then followed with fruits.I am so excited to eat a fresh corn from our garden.
Corn is good to grilled and boiled and even in some dishes .

The peanut is already had some flowers and excited to harvest it soon.We will just have to wait for how many months to harvest and I assure you I will share here our harvesting soon.
