Crossing to Ameyoko
Ameyoko (candy store alley) was called as such because candies were traditionally sold there. Nowadays, clothes, bags, cosmetics, fresh fish, dried food and spices are sold along Ameyoko. I wouldn't recommend eating in the restaurants there because we got over-charged in one of our trips. The side dish offered we thought were for free actually cost 400+ yen!

I've seen those glazed strawberries, wonder how sweet they are. The closest here is the fruit mini pays that have a glazed on top.
It's as sweet as they look. The candy coating is hard, it's like chewing glass π
