Ha, fair enough, that footpath sounds like it makes the decisions for you. At least there's no wrong turn to argue about. Did you two at least get to pick the pace?

my buddy put a lot of thought into where we were going to head. Just like anywhere in Nepal it's all about the viewpoints at the end and also a bit of feeling of accomplishment when you hike for a good 4-7 hours per day and arrive really tired at your accommodation at the end.
