Drive and walk in San Ton Du village with new community market that opened last month, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In this post, I take you to see a rural village with local market. A new local market opened in my district last month. It is located in the community of San Ton Du village. Ban San Ton Du village is a rural Thai village. This village is about 16.5 kilometers from my village. It's quite close to my village. So my wife and I to this new local market in the afternoon. This time my wife drove and I take photos of this journey. Take a look the atmosphere of our journey this afternoon first.

We traveled from our village to San Ton Du village, starting from an alley in our village. The sky is overcast, but it's not raining.

Then we traveled along a rural road to the main road (in our subdistrict).

We traveled on the main road in our sub-district to Mae Soon and Mae Kha sub-districts.

And we traveled on a rural road in Mae Kha sub-district to San Ton Du village.

When we arrived at San Ton Du village. The wife drove around this village. And we walked in the village too. San Ton Du village is a large rural village. This village is peaceful and shady. Most of the people in the village are Thai Buddhists. And most people are farmers. The atmosphere within the village community includes houses, a school, shops, restaurants. And the new market that opened last month.

Then we went to the market in the village. This market just opened last month, but we only had the chance to visit it this afternoon. This market is only open on Thursdays. It's a local village market. The vegetables and fruits in this market are harvested by villagers in this village and sold here. We walked around and some shopping in the new market. And eat the snacks for this afternoon with drinks.
