After a short holiday a the Tioman Island, me and the family immediately took another trip headed right back to my home town as it was my dad's birthday, and we intend to pay a visit to the grave.

The aftermath of that was, a whole week load of laundry to be done. The house was so dusty that the home minister was sneezing all the time. We cleaned the house first, and then we separate the laundry by color and did it with different load. We don't have enough balcony space, so part of the laundry went to the dryer instead.

Brisk walking is part of my regular routine nowadays. Recently I am taking another serious step to increase my cardio, stepping up my pace to 130bpm. I don't really pay attention to my speed since I can't run anyway, but walking faster cually helps to break sweat and raise my heartbeat so I can properly train myself.

We went to the "Leaf bowl" restaurant nearby lur house. We've been visiting this place many times, I used to order dried noodle with fishpaste previously. Until I realized, a bowl of noodle soup also came with fish ball, for the same price of dried noodle 😅 this is a no brainier, why do they charge the same for dry noodle without fish ball?

And the crave of having dry noodles got settled at the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, it is a the food court by the name of "Food Place". Sorry to inform this is Non Halal though. If you do come to Pavilion KL and not observing Halal, please do visit this place. A bowl of noodle and 5 fish paste and crackers for 9.90. it's a p|ice of steal consider this is one of the prime shopping mall in town.

This was taken at one of the evening, wife texted me saying she won't be back home on time due to the traffic, I was instructed to get some food for the kids for dinner. Initially I was gonna drive, but thought of my workout routine, so i have decided to take a short walk to the restaurant about a mile away. The short walk doesn't break any sweat, but it's a good chance to really breath in some evening air(and dust... And carbon monoxide from passed by trucks).
Ohoo, I can imagine the load of laundry, good thing washing machine exist now, it makes everything easier. And thsoe noodle soup looks really good. Why do I feel like eating it with rice is also really a good move . Have u ever tried doing that?
Certain time yes. I will mix rice into soup, especially when the soup are sour and spicy type. Thank you for stopping by.

😄Holiday always leaves you with loads of laundry but sounds like you had massive fun!
Thanks dear. More like making every moments count. After the medical episode recently, I am trying my very best to live another day meaningfully with the family.
A holiday well spent...though a lot of it spent in household chores but still you're able to make it to eat your favorite noodles...
