Not my type of break lol as it sounds like a major work out and I am sure it will help burn the calories and you will lose a little weight from the hiking. I had no idea the capital was a shit hole, but then again very few capitols are not.

I think Nepal is a desperately poor country. The international airport smells of piss and your entry visa is a sticker crudely pressed into your passport. They accept all kinds of currency for your "entry fee." I found it amusing that one of the only currencies that they do not accept, is their own. Currencies that I don't believe even exist anymore like Polish Zloty was an acceptable form of payment, but not Nepal Rupees. Talk about having no faith in your currency!
