I think you can go to any shady part after midnight in any country around the world and find problem people and noy just foreigners. Rather clamp down on the serious crime like those wanted by the FBI because that is the real policing.

yeah for sure. Thailand seems to attract these sorts of people, this particular type of crime too and that kind of makes me feel a bit bad when I have to tell people where I live. Everyone kind of knows that side of Thailand evn if they know nothing else.
