Tuktuks are barely used in Chiang Mai and when they are it is normally only a night when getting a Grab is going to take far too long. These guys charge 100B no matter if you are going 3 blocks or to the other side of downtown. I suppose that is ok, at least there is no guesswork about what the fee will be.

That same ride would cost less than half that much in a car. I stand by my statement that this is a tourist-only trap for the most part.
