Day 2931 | Pickleball & Hot Pot Restaurant Date

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

Wednesday started out pretty slow with a walk to my favorite Breakfast place where I had a Cold Green Tea Latte which while looking up some potential things to do for an evening date as me and my girlfriend have been a couple now since a month.

So I send her 3 suggestions and she picked a Pickleball Date followed by a dinner in the MK Chinese restaurant both located at Bluport Mall. I walked to Market Village to get a small gift and continued to Bluport mall to book the court there for us that evening from 18:00 to 19:00.

Once that was done, I walked around a bit more and headed to my condo for a swim and Sauna. Not long after, I had to go back already meeting up with my girlfriend at the pickleball and the weather was a bit shaky so I brought the umbrella that I bought the day before.

I kind of expected the worse from the pickleball fearing that the quality of play would be too low to really enjoy it but that was not the case. It also was a bit more exhausting than I expected having some sweat. So overall it was another fun experience.

Afterward, we headed to the MK Restaurant where they apparently didn't speak any english and the digital menu on the tablet also was not really translatec properly. So both not really knowing how these things work it made it quite the experience. We managed to work our way trough though and I got a hearthwarming letter from my girlfriend there along with some thoughtfull gifts.

The meal also was very enjoyable, affordable and more than enough for 2

Certainly one of the things I would do again or even try to make in Belgium. We walked all the way back halfway between where I and my girlfriend lives having plenty more laughs.

I passed by the Baan Khur Por Food market which I like mostly for the athmosphere having a small ice cream as desert before heading to my condo again. Since I wanted / needed to stay awake for the football match, I headed over to my favorite restaurant/bar in the area to go drink something and play a game of pool which again was very fun. I had my name on the list and had to wait for ~6 games or so which all were won by the same guy who I afterward played and I managed to beat him. This playing pool against some good players was one of the things on my checklist which I managed to cross now for some time and I might go back on Thursday.

Next Day Goals: I aim to visit some more markets on Thursday in the early evening on Thursday and have not much else planned.
