It seems like such a small piece of land for them to put up anything substantial there, but I guess who knows. I can't imagine you would be able to fit more than one or two apartments or office spaces per floor. Maybe it's just a perspective thing.

i agree, but that's all they really try to fit per floor. it's amazing to me that any of these builds make money because of this but apparently they do because it is a very big business here.
Ah, interesting. I guess that probably makes it nice not having a lot of neighbors on each floor.
