New plants for my garden

IMG_1744.jpeg

Despite the very difficult financial period, I couldn't resist and bought some new plants.

First of all, it's two chrysanthemum bushes. I love these flowers very much, but I have a complicated relationship with them because they don't love me. I've tried to grow them many times, but I never manage to keep them until the next season. Probably this time I'll just leave them in the garden and insulate them, it won't get any worse.

My second plant was indoor hibiscus. I used to have a collection of different colours and now I really want to restore it. These plants are of Dutch selection and they are quite expensive for my budget, so I buy them once a month and sometimes less often.

Lavender is another plant with which I have a difficult relationship. I love it and want to have it in my garden. But all my attempts have been unsuccessful so far. Well... I hope this tiny bush will be a breakthrough in this story.

And, of course, the seeds of flowers. Another attempt😉

Your flowers are so beautiful! I haven’t really tried planting flower seeds yet. I’m not even sure if the ones being sold online are real or if they will actually grow. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen like your second plant here in my place. I hope I can find and buy some like yours someday.

Good luck with your Lavender, it prefers a dry-sunny location to thrive. Just don't overwater it and it will do fine.

Thank you!

Wow, your new plants are beautiful! I love chrysanthemums too, though they can be tricky to grow. I admire your hibiscus collection as well. I want to try planting chrysanthemums, how many months dies it usually take for them to bloom?
