I'm glad you're inspired to get back to it! I see that that red spinach is also called chinese amaranth? I mean, a red soup doesn't sound that bad haha. I read maybe a garlic and red spinach stir fry?

I think the bok choy looks tastier than the supermarket stuff. They usually are!

Google said they are from the same plant family haha I have no idea but they're really look similar. I was thinking about stir fry it before my mom threw it a away aigooo, maybe next time I'll try hehe. Thankyou so much for checking it out, have a great day! :)
