I hope you all are healthy and continue to plant to green the earth.
I have started to sow green spinach and red spinach for fresh and pesticide-free vegetables. This spinach will later be boiled and eaten with sesame oil, and it tastes really delicious.
For this activity, I also planted various vegetables such as bok choy, pak choi, Chinese cabbage, and eggplant.
Previously, I have also harvested kailan, a Chinese vegetable that is great for stir-frying.
I'm happy to join this community, I hope I can keep gardening diligently.
