Chili peppers are a crucial and influential ingredient in my kitchen. Almost every daily meal requires chili peppers in cooking. Therefore, they are a key component when I plant them in my mini garden. When chili pepper prices rose, I honestly felt a bit worried about my increasingly difficult financial situation lately. So, creating a mini garden to grow the chili peppers I often use in cooking became a useful tool.

After several months of planting, I've harvested several chili peppers, but not as many as today. Finally, I decided to create a simple summary and documentation of my results. Honestly, I'm so happy today. My hard work, which had been underestimated by others, has yielded such extraordinary results.

I never expected my harvest to be so beautiful. The chili peppers, which I initially casually threw away from my kitchen waste, have grown into vibrant, vibrant chili peppers in my garden.

Well, this garden harvest wasn't just limited to the first week I harvested curly red chili peppers. I usually use these chilies in various curries and sweet and spicy chili sauces. Well, this chili is one I use frequently.

Not just red chilies, I usually use long chilies like this one for stir fried vegetables, but also green chilies. Everything can be utilized optimally. I'm so happy that for the past two months, I haven't bought any chilies at all because I've been purely utilizing the produce in my garden.

Besides the curly red chilies, the following week my devil chilies ripened evenly, so I took advantage of that and harvested them.

This chili is always a crucial ingredient, and I usually use it to make crushed chili sauce or cook any kind of sauce because I love it really, really spicy.

After harvesting the chili peppers, I chopped the ingredients for a vegetable stir-fry. I planned to cook the vegetables with tofu, using both "devil's" chilies (extra-hot peppers) and green chilies to suit my husband's taste for spicy food.

Since I had a large harvest, I stored the peppers in the refrigerator; by keeping them in a sealed container lined with paper, they stay fresh for up to a month.

Well, that's all my gardening results. For updates on other plants, you can see last week's post, and maybe next month there will be other surprises in my garden. Happy gardening to you all, thank you. Best regard @nurfay!

What a smart and practical idea! 🌶️🌱 Growing your own chilies can save money and give you fresh ingredients right from your garden. Great job! 😊
You are right; pesticide-free chilies grown using kitchen waste as fertilizer are more natural.
