Harvest time and lots of work to do

This is actually harvest time here. Wheat, barley are being harvested. And many other crops are arriving. We have harvested our green beans. Although we could have picked them and waited for the second round to arrive. There is enough for us and to make some room under our shade net.

This is just one part. It awaits our work to remove it from the stem, clean it, and chop it.
Since there is a lot of work to do, everyone in the house does this, even our cat keeps us company.

We also pulled out our purple onions. We may have been a little late, but we pulled them out as needed, so of the original 4 rows of onions, only 2 remained, which we have now pulled out. My rows of onions are about 10 meters apart.

We have started to clean our peppers from the grass. We have a lot of work ahead of us, but the important thing is that we have started.

Unfortunately, I had to pull out most of the zucchini. As you can see in the picture above, we left the zucchini only at the beginning of the row. The row of peppers had spread too far, and it was also creating a kind of shelter. So the air can't flow under the entire net. Now that we've removed the zucchini and harvested the green beans, we think we've solved that problem. With good air circulation, we reduce the chances of fungus and other diseases. Because it's the peppers' turn to give it our full attention now. And the zucchini and green beans will come in handy to make new fertilizer for next year.

The basil has bloomed in both the garden and the greenhouse.

The blackberries are doing well, only one is showing signs of sunburn and one branch is drying up. I don't think it will affect the rest of the plant which is full of fruit.
