Participating in the Chili Harvest.

Today was a day my friends and I, from the village youth organization, had been eagerly awaiting. We had worked hard for months to care for our chili plants, and harvest time had finally arrived. I had the opportunity to participate in the chili harvesting process on one of the village farms.

The chili harvesting process wasn't as easy as I had imagined. My partner, a village agricultural worker, advised me to select ripe chilies that were bright red or bright green, and then carefully cut the stems to avoid damaging the plants.

After the harvest, I took a break to enjoy our harvest. I sat under the shade of a tree, enjoying the view of the chili garden. It felt very rewarding and definitely filled with lessons and experiences. I also learned a lot about the process of planting and caring for chilies from experienced farmers. Chilies are quite expensive because they require a lot of care.

Participating in the chili harvest was a very valuable experience for me. I not only learned about the agricultural process, but also felt a sense of satisfaction and pride in seeing the results of my hard work. I hope to participate in another chili harvest and continue learning about sustainable farming.
