Taking advantage of the rain to clean and then plant some Maize seeds//Aprovechando la lluvia para limpiar y después sembrar algunas semillas de Maiz

Since I'm not entirely sure about the rain, the first thing I did when I got to my grandmother's house (which was to get coffee) was to select the best seeds. There were about 80 of them, which were well protected in a bottle to prevent them from spoiling.

After choosing my seeds, I went to the place where I would plant them, but as you can see, it was somewhat full of weeds, so I had to clean it up first before planting. I also took the opportunity to water the fertilized soil on top of the plot a little, which helped the lower part, which has a lot of stones (it's worth noting that it's at the foot of a hill). These rocks exist there. I already planted there almost three years ago when I participated in the Maize Challenge, which was sponsored by my friend @felixxx. I had wanted to plant it before, but the conditions weren't suitable, but now I believe they are good for achieving the success I desire with these plants, as well as with the others I also have planted nearby.

After maybe an hour, I finished cleaning everything, and as you can see, the difference is very noticeable in how the land looked after cleaning it and leaving it almost ready for planting.

Once I had everything ready, I went to look for the seeds and, with the help of a small machete, I dug small holes to place three seeds in each one and then cover them with a little soil.

P.S. I would have liked to share better photos with my Hivers friends for my post, but since I was alone, it was impossible for me to do so. The important thing is to share the post with the #HiveGarden community, and to show that if we work hard, we can find the best of nature.

Agradecido día Viernes amigos Hivers feliz por compartir otra nueva publicación aquí en la comunidad #HiveGarden ya que aprovechando qué llovió anoche he querido sembrar algunas semillas de Maíz y bueno contando con que las lluvias se mantengan en las próximas semanas para qué puedan crecer de buena manera.

Cómo no estoy muy seguro de las lluvias lo primero qué hice al llegar a la casa de mí abuela (fué tomar café) es elegir las mejores semillas en total fueron cómo unas 80 qué están bien resguardadas en una botella para prevenir qué se pudieran dañar.

Ya después de tener elegidas mis semillas me fuí hasta dónde las sembraría pero cómo pueden ver estaba algo lleno de maleza así que debía de limpiar primero antes de sembrar además también aproveché de regar un poco la tierra abonada qué estaba en la parte superior del terreno para qué ayudé a la de abajo qué tiene una gran cantidad de piedras (cabe destacar qué es al pie de un cerro) qué allí existen pero bueno ya sembré ahí hace casi tres años para cuando participe en el Maize Challenge qué era patrocinado por el amigo @felixxx y bueno había querido sembrarlo antes pero no se estaban aptas las condiciones pero ahora sí creo son buenas para encontrar el éxito qué deseo tanto con estas plantas cómo en las otras qué también tengo ahí sembradas muy cerca.

Después de quizás una hora terminé de limpiar todo y cómo pueden ver la diferencia es muy notoria cómo estaba el terreno a después de limpiar y dejarlo casi listo para la siembra.

Al ya tener todo preparado fuí a buscar las semillas y con ayuda de un pequeño machete fuí realizando los pequeños hoyos para ponerle tres semillas a cada uno para después tapar con un poco de la tierra.

P.D me hubiese gustado compartir mejores fotografías amigos Hivers para mí publicación pero al estar sólo me fué imposible hacerlo pero lo importante es compartir la publicación con la comunidad #HiveGarden además de mostrar qué si trabajamos con muchas ganas podemos encontrar lo mejor de la naturaleza.
