Sunflower plant🌻 growing in front of a neighbor's house, which is attracting a lot of attention

In front of some neighbors' houses nearby, there are several plants, but there's one new one that's particularly striking: a sunflower. What makes it even more incredible is how young it is (its first flower is just starting to appear at the top), so I'm sure I'm looking at a different kind of sunflower than any I've seen before.

I've been watching it for a few weeks now, and it's growing beautifully. You can even see other sunflowers developing at the ends of some branches.

As you can see in the photos, the plant is very close to the wall that separates their house from the main road in our neighborhood. It's a busy road, so I imagine they'll have to keep an eye on it as it starts to develop, because when strangers walk by and see so much natural beauty, they'll undoubtedly want to take it home.

One characteristic of this plant that I wanted to share with you all is that some of its leaves are larger than those typically seen on other plants. We'll have to wait and see if the sunflower blooms to see if it surprises us. I'll be sure to share more with you all here in the #hivegarden community, and maybe even get some seeds so I can grow my own plants at home.
