Let's start with the Chinese Garlic. A few days ago, my mom cut some to add to the dishes she's been preparing. In this case, it's stewed fish, but it's great for everything, even for decorating our plates with its vibrant green color. It also adds a unique aroma, and the best part is that it's 100% natural. At the same time, I noticed that they're growing back, so in a few days we'll be harvesting again. It's a plant we love having for that reason: you can cut it and quickly have more. Finally, I cleaned them up a bit since there were weeds growing inside, and I also removed the leaves that had been picked.

Then I have the tomato plants in the seed tray, which, thank God, have recovered very well, as you can see in the photos. I've even started transplanting them into plastic cups while I wait to find the right spot for them so we can harvest some wonderful tomatoes.

Now for the surprise I mentioned: right below, very close to the roots of the avocado plant, some sweet pepper plants are growing. I imagine they've grown there because that's where water sometimes collects when cooking over a wood fire and washing vegetables. It's amazing to see them growing; it's not only an unexpected place, but also one that happens unintentionally. That's how wonderful nature is.

This is a small update on the plants we have at home and use for preparing our daily meals. As always, I'll share these details here in the #hivegarden community, which is undoubtedly one of my favorites in the #hive ecosystem, where we are truly blessed to have this opportunity.
Your plants look so fresh and healthy.
