Another setback with one of my plants, in this case the eggplant, which broke and I don't know the cause, although I hope it can grow back soon

Happy and blessed start to the week, although it hasn't been quite so for me. The last few days have been difficult in terms of my farming. As I mentioned in a previous post, the tomato seedlings almost dried up. Fortunately, I noticed and was able to save them beforehand. However, the same thing didn't happen with this eggplant plant.

This morning, after yesterday's heavy rains, I went to check on the plants I have at my grandmother's house, and I got an unpleasant surprise when I saw the eggplant plant broken, as if it had been done on purpose. But I don't think so; perhaps an animal did it, since the dogs are always around there. But since I'm not sure, I couldn't say anything, just lower my head and start over. As you may know, these plants can be cut and grow back, so that's exactly what I did with my machete. I cut it down, and now I have to wait again.

So at that moment I noticed other flowers were sprouting, which could have become eggplants. It's frustrating, but unfortunately, there's nothing I can do but keep going because that's what life is about: always trying until you achieve your goal. I have the opportunity to keep going, and we're never here to give up, but always to stand firm.

I'm signing off, but not before thanking everyone for the support I receive here in the #hivegarden community. Lately, the news hasn't been so positive, but that's going to change in the coming days or weeks; I'm 100% sure of it.

I’m sorry to hear about your eggplant. Gardening is so challenging especially when unexpected things happen. I’m sure your plant will recover and better days are ahead.
