Herb Gardens, Garden Resilience & Persistance - Plus A Comment Engagement Chance to Win Upvotes

As most of you know now, we're tipping for great content, whether it's in response to the weekly challenges or for the #gardenjournal at the start of the month, or maybe just because you felt like sharing something about your gardens. We're looking for high quality posts and good stories - this week @lizelle, @najidulislam @sandeevm and @eolianpariah2 all recieved a tip - congratulations, and thanks from us for being such keen members of the gardening community!

Upvoting and sharing this post strengthens our community and keeps the challenges and tips coming - so thankyou to everyone who's been so supportive of this lovely garden space!

This week silver blogger @lizelle shared about her love of herbs for the challenge. Most of us grow herbs not just for cooking but for medicine as well. What do you grow? Featured below is @lizelle's chamomile - such a pretty plant, don't you think?

Sometimes new users don't have the network to support them yet, but we always love to see newcomers in the community. @najidulislam wrote about their joy about being in their garden and the peace they find there. Check it out here. They also suggest the need for chemical free vegetables and how important it is to grow your own for everyone.

@sandeevm always amazes me. Despite dealing with garden thieves and the super hot weather of India this year, he's STILL tempted to grow plants.

And @hindavi, also from India (though living in Norway) talks lovingly about her herbs - if you're into herbalism and intrigued with medicinal plants from this continent, go check this post out!

And if you've always wanted to make calendula oil, or you don't know how to, read this post by @eolianpariah2!

I am glad that there are new challenges in this community, reading the publications I am learning that you can prepare lemongrass oil and calendula oil, the latter is easy to prepare from what I saw in the publication of @eolianpariah2 , I don't know if the lemongrass oil is similar but my mind is beginning to grasp good ideas. Excellent 👏🏽👏🏽

yes making oil infusions is a simple process. when you do it yourself you have full control of the quality of the oil. please let me know if you make the oil and use it. i find it very beneficial.
