Easy to Grow Blooms: Colorful Portulaca, Small Sunflower, Cosmos and Margarita Brighten Our Community Garden

Greetings to all gardeners!
Today I want to share about the beautiful flowers growing around our community. Every morning when I go outside, I always check which flowers are blooming. Seeing them open with different colors gives me a good mood and makes the surroundings more alive. Our garden is full of colors and positive vibes.

One of my favorites is Portulaca and Magic Rose. I really love them because they bloom in many colors like yellow, pink, orange, white, and peach. They are very attractive, especially when the sun shines on them. What I like most is even when the weather is very hot, they continue to live and bloom. They are strong flowers and do not need too much care. Which makes it perfect for busy people or for those who want low-maintenance plants. Sometimes no time to water them, but they still survive.

I planted some of them in recycled plastic bottles. I painted the bottles yellow because yellow is a happy color for me. It also makes the flowers stand out more. I like using bottles because I can transfer the plants anytime. If I want flowers near the door, I move them there. If I want to decorate another area, I transfer them again. It is simple, but it makes me happy arranging them.

I also got more Portulaca cuttings because I want to plant them beside the rice field. Most of the time, the rice field is full of green, which is already beautiful. But I thought it would be nicer if there are colorful flowers on the side too. Instead of seeing only green, there will also be yellow, pink, orange, and white flowers dancing with the wind. It can make the place more relaxing and attractive.

We also have Margarita flowers here in our community. This flower is one of the easiest to grow and blooms fast. That is why many people like planting it. We often use these flowers for church decorations and bouquets during special occasions. It is nice to have flowers that are both beautiful and useful.

Another flower We planted is Cosmos. I have yellow and orange colors. The yellow one already bloomed, but the orange one is still preparing. I am excited to see it bloom soon. Cosmos flowers are very attractive, and many say they also help lessen mosquitoes around the area.

Having flowers around me gives many benefits. When I feel tired, I just look at them and my mind becomes calm. They help reduce stress and make me feel peaceful. Gardening also gives me exercise because I move around while cleaning and planting. Flowers are also good for the eyes because they are refreshing to look at.

People also say that if many flowers bloom in your home, it means you are a friendly person. Maybe that is true because flowers make a place feel welcoming.

A home with flowers is a home full of life.💛
