My new small garden in my yard

1000023358.jpg

Hello to all of you my beloved hivers.

It's been a while since I've posted here because I've been a bit busy with life. And today I wanted to share with you about my little garden. The garden is one that I don't want to lose in my yard because it's one of the best assets for daily needs. Among the best assets, it helps save, the vegetables we eat are fresh and above all organic. And it's one of the main source of food we need daily.

1000023562.jpg

And this is my little garden behind the house.

1000023541.jpg

1000023559.jpg

And this is my bitter gourd or ampalaya. There are many flowers. It has green and lush leaves.

1000023358.jpg

I've harvested it a few times but I only have a few pictures of the previous fruits.

And these are its fruits so far.

1000023560.jpg

This one is still very small.

1000023558.jpg

This one is already bit big.

1000023568.jpg

And this one is already big and I'll wait a few days before I can pick it.

1000023563.jpg

And earlier, my mother picked two pieces. Hmmm this is the evidence hehehe. And that was our breakfast earlier and we call it ginisang ampalaya with egg.

1000023537.jpg

And this is my snow cabbage. It is almost 3 weeks old. And look it is very flourish and greeny leaves.

1000023240.jpg

1000023238.jpg

And one time my husband enjoyed pick it and used as ingredients.

1000023556.jpg

1000023555.jpg

Here we are with my eggplant. There are only a few of them and they are still small. I am excited every day and waiting for them to grow.

1000023557.jpg

And I have one eggplant that is quite big and is about to bloom but the leaves are ugly. Maybe I need to focus on taking care of it.

1000023540.jpg

And this is my lemon basil it grew among the many snow cabbages. Its growth is good everyday and it is fat.

1000023554.jpg

1000023553.jpg

And this is my lemon grass. I asked my neighbor for it and since my neighbor is not picky, he gave it to me to plant. And this is very lively and growing well.

1000023564.jpg

1000023565.jpg

1000023561.jpg

And this is my malabar spinach. I am happy with it because its leaves are as big as my hand. I have not seen any problems.. The growth is also good everyday and also it is very healthy. Sometimes it has also been used as ingredients.

1000023567.jpg

1000023566.jpg

Evidence of picked

1000023548.jpg

1000023549.jpg

1000023547.jpg

1000023546.jpg

And here we are with my lady's finger. I am proud and happy that its growth has been fat since day 1. It is obvious and can be seen in its healthy leaves. And currently it is blooming and has fruit.

1000023551.jpg

1000023552.jpg

And while I am happy, enjoying and excited about my other vegetable plants because the growth has been good everyday, the problem is only a little and it was cured immediately. And here I am sad and stressed about my water spinach because its growth is ugly and its leaves are a little yellow. And insects have eaten the leaves. All the advice from my friends has been done but it doesn't work.

If you have ever experienced this problem with your water spinach and it was cured, please share it with me. And thank you in advance.

And that's all about my small garden today. And I hope I made you happy with what I shared with you.

Till next time.BYE

I have a bitter gourd plant but it doesn't seem to grow, it has been about the same size for nearly a month. It's very frustrating. Yours looks so healthy and nice, I'm so jealous 😃

I'm not sure what to do with the poor water spinach, I have never encountered a similar problem with my water spinach before. I hope they get better. Maybe some fungi attacked them.

The bitter gourds are doing great! They look healthy and bearing much fruit. You're lucky that chickens don't eat the snow cabbages. In our backyard, our snow cabbages never flourished because chickens always feasted on them, so I stopped planting snow cabbages. Besides, we experienced a very hot weather in May. Maybe I will start planting again this June since the rainy season has finally arrived.

I enjoy stopping by your garden. I hope to come back for another updates as I roam around the community. Happy gardening!
