Early June Harvest
Recalling you again, to see the garden therapy vibes through my garden. I can't believe that I will be at this stage!
Everything went so fast and I was so overwhelmed to manage time to share with you. But of course as promised before I will share the things that I harvested in my mini garden.
Even though it's only a mini garden, I am very happy with the harvest that I got. It's not all about the amount, but it's about the satisfaction of the process that I have been doing so far. How I try to challenge myself to be able to grow various plants in limited land.
In the first week, I harvested mustard greens. Followed by, I harvested spinach, also the last batch was mustard greens.
Actually I still have many other clips especially about the green beans harvest. But I will share that in another video. Happy watching and thank you for enjoying my mini garden.

These lettuces look great. In the supermarket I do not find lettuces like these ones.
It's really clear that you dedicate a lot of time to your garden and that you also really enjoy doing this activity.

What a harvest!!! I still couldn't manage even to plant my seeds. I have seeds, pots and all other stuff that I bought in winter, but it is already summer...

I admire how flawless the mustard greens are! I don't see any marks of worms or any plant pests. I just wonder how you came up with this wonderful mini garden produce. The fact that you have a very limited space, the mini garden was an excellent creation. I'm glad you're working on an expansion in your last update. Aku semuanya ditumis mbak, sekarang aku masaknya gak ribet ribet soale lagi kecanduan berkebun ehehe seruuu. Aku juga rutin upload di Youtube, Mbak
Tumis memang praktis, cepet.
Aku jg paling sering tumis2 haha.
Cuma quiche sebenarnya bs praktis jg sih, cm ngga tau di supermarket Indonésia ada yg jual pastri jadi atau nggak 😝.
Kalau dulu pas di jerman..kl lg malas dan ngga pny sayuran asia style yg bs ditumis gitu, paling cepat beli pastry jadi.
Terus tinggal taruh loyang diisi sama topping quiche (bayam heavy cream, telur keju LOL), panggang..bs ditinggal ngerjain yg lain soalnya. Makanya org Eropa suka masakan yg semuanya serba panggang, krn bs ditinggal haha.
Atau bikin filling, trus diratain di pastry nya, tutup dgn selembar pastry sheet lagi,di bagi jd bbrp potong segi empat, tekan pinggiran pake garpu biar cantikan dikit.
Panggang 20 menit, selesai deh 😝.
Tp kl utk di Asia mgkn mmg nggak praktis jadinya, soalnya selama aku di tagaytay sini jg belum nemu yg jualan pastry jadi 😅.
Kl bikin dr scratch, ribet hehe

It's maybe a mini garden but it is flourishing. That's true, it's challenging to grow plants but you have proven that you have green thumb, and you can do it even in limited space. I like the different shades of the flowers. Flowers and veges/greens are in healthy competition in your bountiful garden.
