From December to February, rainfall was very high. So instead of doing much gardening, I mostly took a break from planting.

There's very little sunlight these past few months, so I focused on caring for the surviving plants. During the rainy season, I started planting several new plants because it was already the end of the rainy season.
Later, I'll also start sowing more seeds for seedlings to be planted in April.

I started with a mini garden in front of my rented house. It's roses, a type of treerose.

One tree can produce many colors of rose petals. Although their petals are small, these roses are very beautiful.
I planted some cabbage plants in green planter bags. They're about a month old after planting. The cabbage leaves look beautiful because I placed basil plants among them.

As a tip, if you're growing vegetables with tasty leaves that are easily eaten by grasshoppers or other small insects, you should plant herbs like basil and onions to divert pests from the main crop.
Before the basil, my cabbage plants were attacked by grasshoppers. Since the basil plants were introduced, the grasshoppers have been landing on the basil and eating the fragrant leaves.

On the other hand, I also have eggplant plants that are half a year old. I've harvested them several times. Although they're not very productive, they still produce eggplants.

There are chili plants that are just starting to flower. They're planted in white polybags. This is because these are newer chili plants than the previous ones that have been harvested many times in my garden.

Meanwhile, these are the oldest chili plants in my garden. They're about 7 months old. They're still productive.
Well, moving on to another plot next to the residential irrigation system, I've started sowing spinach. Still only three days old after sowing.

The basil plants are also thriving in this area, forming a beautiful hedge.

At the far end of the fence, zinnia flowers are starting to bloom.

These flowers are the result of old zinia seedlings that I removed. Their seeds are easily spread by the wind, and they grow easily.
Well, that's it for my little gardening journal. There will be more plants next month!

Your gatden is well arranged and well managed and the bunch of roses in a stem looks stunning. Kudos to your gatden work
Absolutely stunning! Rainy season over, as well for my country. But not entirely over' over 😅 we have super high temperature during the day, and still 1 hour heavy rain I'm the evening. It felt like a steam cage everyday here.

Wow! The arrangement and cleanliness of your garden is so amazing. 😍 I hope I can make my backyard garden like this too.

How do you handle with a such tricky season, @anggreklestari?
I mean, I'm just asking you this because a garden can suffer greatly from this (if it is not well cared for).
