RE: Visiting the Bank of England museum

No, it's not cheap. You honestly spend most of your time waiting in line to get up the elevator. The views are pretty great though. It's one of those things where you probably aren't missing too much, but to be able to say you did it is cool. I still have some photos kicking around somewhere from when I went up.
