Hola a todos, llego el mejor dia de la semana, lo digo por el solo hecho de que el mismo se concidera el mejor, porque es cuando descansamos y ademas compartimos el dia con la familia, bueno hablando de compartir amigos esta ves no fue con carne roja, tampoco pescado o carne de cerdo, si no que fue con pollo, pata y muslo, el cual lo acompañe con batata cortada en julianas o rodajas no muy gruesa.

Asi que teniendo la batata limpia y bien lavada, se la corta emo lo vemos en julianas, no muy gruesa, se la agrega en una fuente, a la que primero se pasa un poco de mantequilla, luego lo antes mencionado la batata y en el centro la pechuga de pollo.

En otra fuente hacemos el mismo procedimienyo referente a la mantequilla y en la que agregamos la pata y muslo, por supuesto todo bien condimentado.

Una ves que se cocina de una lado la pata y muslo la damos, vuelta para que se termine de cocinar, quedando la misma como lo vemos en esta fotografia.

Asi que teniendo la batata y el pollo en su totalidad todo bien cocinado, lo retiramos del horno para comenzar a consumir todo y como lo dije en familia.
