The street cat population appears to be a problem on the streets of San Juan, Puerto Rico. There were multiple signs throughout the old city warning about the government's plans to reduce their population. I came across many cats during my trip there, and these two black ones looked very dashing in the evening.

What beautiful photos! Around here there are neighbourhoods where there are many, but it seems that there are people who take care of feeding and looking after them.
It looks like the stray cat population has grown large there. Cats are awesome hunters, so maybe they're concerned about the wildlife. It's a hot button issue. Fortunately, our weather is too cold, so I think cats prefer being inside :)
They love to keep warm by the fireside!

Good morning, dear friend @litguru.
It's so sad to see so many abandoned animals on the streets.
Excellent shot.
Have a great day.
I hope they're able to find a humane solution to the problems. Cats are wonderful, but if the populations grows then it can cause trouble. Thank you!
