(edited)Depending on the phase of the moon, nighttime downtown can be a fun place or a chaotic urban-scape with an edge. Gotta keep those peepers open, but for the most part it's an enjoyable experience. The city is a shifting organism, always mutating.
I was in the area the other day for hamburger reasons, when I came across this alley. I usually see it during the day without the lights on, but this time I saw that the lamps were lit up. Several of them were off, from the looks of it. Electrical malfunction? Criminal mischief? Blown out fuses? Welcome to Night City.

In the summer, the sun sets very late and creates a beautiful deep colour.
