Hello beach walkers and sand lovers,

It's week 5 of this community and we'd really love to see you show your support by entering!

Every week you will have a choice of the current topic or you can write on any of the previous topics!

The idea is to always have some salty content to write about. Whilst as yet we can't offer rewards, @riverflows may give the best ones a tip each week, if she has the time and hasn't been swallowed by a whale.

Thanks to @mipiano and @sjarvie5 for your great ocean photos this week! Loved the whale photo and the whole Spain/Portugal vibe! We also had @new.things share about ocean swimming as a triathlete and @hjrrodriguez celebrating fishing and the oceans generous gift of fish.

Wk3 This week's theme is 'boat' - it could be one you've sailed on, one you've seen out at sea (photograph/describe/ponder) or maybe you've read a book or watched a movie that is set on a boat. Anything 'boat' related is great!

Wk4 Best ocean photo! Choose a spectacular ocean photo from your archive and tell us about when it was taken.
