The benefits of Tulsi leaves cannot be overstated. One day suddenly my daughter had a cold cough, that's when I took immediate action. How to prevent this cold and cough. I immediately took a combination of Tulsi leaf juice and honey and after 2 hours of taking it, the cold and cough subsided a lot. So I hope you all know more about the benefits of this natural Tulsi leaf. Tulsi leaves boost immune system especially for asthma bronchitis lung problems. Controls blood sugar levels and cholesterol along with fever, cold and cough. But it plays an important role in skin care.

80 grams of Tulsi leaves

First here I put 80 grams of tulsi leaves in blender jug. Let us move on to the next.

Here I have given 200 grams of clean drinking water. After blending it with a combination of basil leaves and water, we strain it into a glass to serve.
