The Proper Leaves/Preparation Used for Enema; A one way Medicine in Flushing the System

(edited)

Greetings from Nigeria 😊😊
This is my first time posting here and i hope I'm welcomed 🤗🤗

In Nigeria, different ethnic groups, culture, and tribes have what they believe in.
In the southern part of Nigeria especially Akwaibom where I come from most people believe in taking enema each time they have troubling stomach or feel some how.
While growing up my mother has made us believe that taking enema has a way of flushing our system and as the saying goes what you believe tends to work for you, so overtime taking enema has really worked for I and my siblings.
When once we feel feverish we take enema in a bit to cleans or flush our system before taking any malaria drugs or any further treatment.

Before I continue this is the meaning of enema

An enema involves inserting liquid directly into your rectum to help you poop. Most people use them to relieve constipation that hasn't improved with other treatments and as a colon cleanse to prepare for a colonoscopy.

These leaves has their effect so it's said that one must skip a day or two after taking the enema, before taking medicine 💊.
Some of these leaves cannot be mixed with one another, because of how strong they could be.
Being the first child has given me the privilege of knowing how to mix this leaves perfectly well knowing which leave to use and how to prepare them for the enema.
I was actually down few days back and I took the enema to flush my system before taking the malaria drugs I bought.
So while preparing it I thought to myself why dont i make a comprehensive post about the process of preparing it and here I am today making it.

So let me take you down the process.
First you cut the leaves from the bush or farm as the case may be.
Now here are the list of leaves you need.

1:- Jatropha tanjorensis leaf Commonly known by Nigerians as where there is no doctor or Hospital too far

2:- Lasianthera africana Locally called Editan in my state.

3:- Vietnamese coriander(rau ram)

4:- W. lateritia aka Blood of Jesus

5:- Purple and green Perilla Leaf aka Perillae Frutescens Folium, and Edem ndidod in my local Dialect

6:- Moringa aka Moringa oleifera

7:- Sembung

After getting the leaves you washed them very well,

get a mortar and pestle, wash it properly, put all the leaves in there and then pound. Pound it till it turns to paste like form.

After that get a bowl turn the paste like form of the leaves into it, add some reasonable amount of water then massage it well.

Some people prefer using grater to grate the leaves but I prefer using mortar and pestle to smash them well.

So after massaging it enough get a sieve and drain out the liquid Into a pail or bowl depending on what you want use.

Get your pump ready, rinse it and then take it to the rest room ready to insert it into your anus and pump 🤦🤦.

This is exactly how I flush my system.
I believe so much in it and it works from me.

I Hope this post was useful, comment and upvote 😁

Welcome to the Natural Medicine community! This is a really interesting post and reminding me that I should do enemas more regularly. I have only ever used coffee so it is really interesting to read about the diversity of herbs that your culture uses! Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and the images of the plants too.
