Wynyard Crossing bridge Auckland New Zealand

A couple of weeks ago we were is Auckland New Zealand and went down to the harbour to check out the food markets for dinner and find a checky beer somewhere.

There was alot of luxury boats and tour companies that more up in the harbour.
So it was nice to walk past these amazing vessels and only dream what it would be like to spend some time on one of these yatchs.

As we were walking along the path we came to a bridge. Some lights started flashing and a voice over a speaker said please stand clear.

The next thing a gate shut across each side of the the bridge then the bridge slowly split in half as it lifted into the sky to let a boat through.

This was really cool to Watch as I have never seen this in real life before.
And just like every other person who had played GTA I day dreamed of launching a car at high speed of the bridge haha.

We had a great time exploring the harbour in Auckland, and a good feed !
