If you really want to go to a village with old houses, fences, and barns, but you don't want to go far, then the best solution would be to visit Priluki. This is a neighborhood of Vologda, where the Spaso-Prilutsky Monastery is located.

I've liked Old Priluki for a long time – there are whole streets with wooden huts and even a whole paved street (which is impossible to drive along).

Very often I wanted some snow-covered details with hats and snow globes.

And I found what I was looking for.

Winter is already over, and I will remember these snow-covered plots for a long time.

These places are always etched into the memory.

It's just the third walk through the old Priluki and it's magical again!

I think I'll come here more than once.

After all, there is a river and a church, old houses and cozy back streets.

I think that this winter I exceeded the plan for snow-covered plots.

But I haven't shown everything yet, and it always seems like it's not enough.

But everything happens in a measured manner and in the right places.

However, I still had to travel and search a lot.
The snow covering the old houses and quiet streets makes Priluki look so peaceful and timeless.
