Morning in the Onion Bed, Weeding Between the Rows, Small Tasks That Build a Better Harvest

Today was all about giving my onion bed the attention it deserves. I spent part of the morning carefully removing weeds that had started competing with the onions for water, nutrients, and sunlight. It may seem like a simple task, but regular weeding is one of the most important practices for producing healthy, well-sized bulbs.
As I worked between the rows, I noticed how well the onions are progressing. Their green leaves are becoming stronger, and with fewer weeds around them, they now have a much better chance to grow without unnecessary competition. Since onions have shallow root systems, they can easily be affected by weeds if they are left unchecked for too long.
One thing I always try to do is weed carefully to avoid disturbing the onion roots. Pulling weeds while they are still young also makes the job much easier than waiting until they become established.
Farming constantly reminds me that successful harvests are built through small, consistent efforts. Every hour spent caring for the crops today increases the chances of harvesting healthy onions in the
