Relaxing On The River

2 weeks ago, I spent my weekend away from home for 1200 km with my son and his family. Today, my wife, granddaughter, and I visited her hometown, about 500 km from our house. We went to visit my wife's mom. At first, I planned to go alone, but just before the trip, my wife decided to join me and we also decided to take our granddaughter with us.

We arrived late on Friday evening, and we spent Saturday doing various things at Mom's place. She's 85 years old, but she's trying to show us that she can handle everything on her own, but it's really hard for her.
Today at 5 a.m. I went to the Neya River to go fishing. I had about 2 hours to go fishing. I have not been to this place for 2 years and the goal of my fishing was the chub. I completed this minimum program, I found this guy exactly in the place where I planned. Of course, I didn't take him with me, I let him go back into the river. I always release chubs for a number of reasons: they don't taste good, they have a lot of bones, they grow slowly. This fish is interesting to catch, it resists it very much.
During the trip to my son, we also went fishing with him and he caught a chub. I convinced him that he needed to be released back.

I returned from fishing, the girls were still asleep, so I went for a walk towards the crossing of the Unzha River. I was in this place at the end of April, but then the water level was high and now I wanted to look at the river.

It's 8 a.m., there's silence on the river, a great place to bring your wife and granddaughter here so they can walk on the water. Just to walk around, because they don't have swimsuits, and we didn't plan on swimming. The temperature here has been around +30 degrees for more than a week and there is no rain. At home, it rained periodically all week and the temperature was about +23.

After lunch, at about 3 p.m., we arrived at this beach again. Oh, there are already vacationers here. It turned out that my wife had never been to this place. When she was young, she and her friends went swimming in another place. Actually, we realized that she had already forgotten the surroundings of the city. By the way, did I say it was Makariev? I've already told you about this city. I love this ancient city. It stands apart from the railway and therefore there is no heavy industry in it, only enterprises of the timber industry. It is pleasant to relax in this city: fishing, hiking, forest, mushrooms, berry.

Who is more happy about the river - a grandmother or a granddaughter?
In a couple of weeks, the water in the river will decrease even more and the beach will become bigger, the river will become narrower.
Then you can even try to leave the spinning under the bushes on the opposite shore. Although, there is a lot of pressure on the fish in this place. I saw fishermen in this place, closer to the ferry.

It's an old ferry. I realized that it's not working at the moment.

People stayed swimming on the river, and we had to get ready to go home. That's why we left the river.
By the way, today, when we were driving home, we met a mother moose on the side of the road, and the moose was standing at the edge of the forest and waiting for my mother. The sun was shining in my face, the glass wasn't very clean, so the DVR video turned out to be bad, I can't show it.
Moose in the rays of the setting sun from afar at first seemed to me like plywood, but then they came to life and quietly went into the forest. I had previously slowed down the speed.
