Not only geese, but in our village, cows and goats were also commonly in the streets... Now we live in an apartment, and my son has no experience with any of these, unless we go to a village one day and he sees such things.

Goats, sheep and cows were only on the streets in the morning and evening when they were sent to pasture or they were walking back from the pasture.
There is no such animal in the village where I live now. My neighbor slaughtered her last goat this spring.
Life has changed. I stopped raising rabbits 3 years ago. And I miss this activity.
