出门散散心（上）

前些天大概是我最郁闷的时段了，诸事不顺，基本上是白天哭上几场，晚上闹心得睡不着。（现在想开了一些，好多了）

闹心要想办法缓解，一般来讲缓解的方法就是旅游、吃大餐、喝酒啥的，不过旅游显然是没时间，喝酒也没兴致，所以就出门放放风吧。

我选择从家门口坐公交坐到最远端的终点站，好多年以来，这都是我觉得性价比最高的、调节情绪的方法，我记得以前经常坐各路公交，杀到终点站，待上半天。

我一说出门坐公交溜达，儿子马上要跟上，话说他小时候最喜欢的事情就是坐公交和地铁了，没想到这都成了高中生，爱好还是这些，真是牢记初心呀。

这次的终点站是南通天街，不过我们选择在五爱市场就下车了，嗯，提前了一站。
