Just walked out to my little citrus patch this afternoon and couldn’t resist picking one straight off the branch. Look at this beauty I’m holding! 😍
Green skin, still covered in raindrops, but when I split it open… juicy, sweet segments ready to eat. In Zambia our oranges stay green even when they’re fully ripe – nature’s trick! No chemicals, no waiting for colour change, just tree-to-hand freshness.
Tastes like sunshine and home. Nothing beats this feeling.
