RE: Harvesting mangoes to make jam (Eng/Esp)

It’s great that you brought up the different types of mangoes, because we always have two here: one that’s sweet, and another that, as we say in my family, tastes like medicine, and we don’t like it. Maybe it’s because it’s green?

On the other hand, I love that they plant those trees, not just for the shade, but because neighbors help each other out, and it’s food, so it helps with financial struggles. Your jam turned out great; it looks delicious, and it’s so nice to share it with the family. Big hugs!!💗

Que bueno que mencionas el tema de las distintas especies de mango porque aquí siempre hay dos, una dulce y otra que como decimos en mi familia tiene sabor a medicamento y no nos gusta, será porque es verde?

Por otro lado me encanta que planten esos árboles, no sólo por la sombra sino porque se ayudan entre vecinos y es comida, por lo que ayuda en los problemas económicos. La jalea te quedó genial, parece deliciosa y así es bueno compartir con la familia. Un gran abrazo!!💗
