You are a brave soul! I will turn 70 later this year, and have absolutely no desire to fly anywhere again. Not only is the TSA a pain, but I hear so many horror stories of lost luggage, prolonged layovers, missed connections,etc. That's so cool that you were able to connect with other Hive folks! I think the one destination that might be worth the hassle of air travel would be Ireland. Go for it!

You're talking me out of ever doing it again! I realize I was lucky in that the flights were not unusually troublesome. My daughters fly much more, and when it goes wrong, it's hell on earth with no notice at all. The best part was connecting with deirdyweirdy.
I am envious of that! I'd love to meet so many of my fellow Hivers, but it's not likely to happen.
