Bled looks absolutely beautiful!! I am in love with that church on the island. And yes, the difference between popular and overwhelmed is a very delicate balance. I’ve lived and worked in many tourist towns and have seen both sides of it; and watched one become the other!

Yes, that balance is hard to maintain. I have been to Kyoto recently, and it is hard to visit Kyoto because of the overcrowding.
