What a historic hike!

Blows my mind to think these houses are older than my country! Around that time, the indigenous people inhabited this North American land and probably lived in much better harmony than we seem to be doing now.

Love all those artifacts from a long gone era and that you have brought us along on another historic adventure!

Yes, these houses are old! We do have ruins of Viking hoses as well, but only the foundation is intact, because that was made of stone. When the rest is wooden, it doesn't last..I really like to see these well preserved and learn about the people who once lived here.
